PEDALING FOR MORE
21 DAYS - 2100KM
OK..here we go. There are a lot of people suffering right now. And myself included are getting caught in the 'drama' of the situation we are in.
I used to ride a bike a lot, but for the past few years I haven't been riding much, other than a wonderful spin class with fellow Bath beauties and the outdoor rides I can count on one hand. But, for me, I believe in finding ways to move for things that matter more. This of course has a number of additional conantations, but ultimately, by moving with purpose and intent, I believe there can be a greater ripple effect.
Check out this 3 week challenge and how you can be involved / support xx

UNITED THROUGH MOVEMENT & COMMUNITY
the focus:
A cause close to my heart and of huge importance always, but right now is highlighted. Mental Health.
Through my own experiences and understanding the world needs to shift the way they react and view Mental Health (as a whole). We have a right as humans, to enhance and support each other, never to degrade or pass aside individuals as their minds or actions might not suit preconceived ideas. There is beauty in all.
My incredible sister and brother-in-law, started the Lewis Moody Foundation. So, of course I have a bias. But there work is incredible and with the goal to increase research and therefore the ability to one day prevent, but also to find early diagnosis for brain tumours...saving lives.
Both these worthy causes still need our help at this time, not only to prevent addition illnesses, but also to support the NHS and prevent their incredible work being increased.
I will discuss both of these more in my daily blogs over the next 21 days.
