What is Boot & Stretch
Join Lana & The Hive community for a unique 45min class.
Combining body weight strength exercises, mobilisation drills, effort & intensity and of course a stretch and release.
Each 45min session is run in a similar format, including a mobilising warm up, functional HIIT / Tabata style training and a good old stretch.
No sessions are the same, but progression and planning is offered over a developmental period.
Bring a mat / towel to lie on, some energy and a little Tapas (Fire energy) as we light up the hills of Landsdown with the waking birds.
