Lana teaches classes within the Bath region. 

Currently all physically classes are not taking place and instead Lana is teaching LIVE classes.

Schedule is likely to change, please keep an eye out for new classes and changes on a week by week basis.

Lana works through a structured process with you, identifying the areas to work with and delve into, designing a plan to implement, specifically for you and then delivering and working with you to connect further with your body and your needs.

Or purchase a pre-designed plan for your next goal. 

From July, Lana will also be offering weekly training sessions for cycling. Initially these will be done online, until it is safe to meet and train together outside. 

(all monthly coaching clients gain access to these sessions for free)
